Over decades studying how the greatest machine ever created (our body) works, I have realised that all we need already existing within. The answers we seek are coded in our body, mind and emotions and by learning how to use these parts properly, we can connect to our true nature and experience the totality of life. We can become healthy, happy and thriving falling in love and connection with SELF and life. From this place of alignment we can then create and experience life as intended... joyful and easy.
Because I really like to know how things work and fit together, I have studied and practiced various sciences and approaches addressing body, mind, emotions and energy. From genetics, biochemistry, anatomy, psychology, neurolingusitic programming to nutrition, exercise, breath, sleep, sound, yoga and much more. I am what you may call a very integrative practitioner, as i recognise that health and our experiences are influenced by so much more than just nutrition.
To experience lasting health, vitality, mental acuity and emotional balance we must first admit that we need to work with the whole and move away from the quick fix and working in isolation approach which causes so many problems. Without addressing the cause, we will continue experiencing the same repeating issues and no real progress. And the cause more often than not is mental and emotional, as we have been feed mistruths about who we are and how to dilute and disconnect from authentic SELF since birth. This has created separation and excess stress, which is slowly but surely breaking down the bodies and minds of many people.
Reflecting upon life and the body and asking obvious questions that research often fails to do, I have created a solution that can address the root cause of your problems. This is called B-ME lifestyle which teaches how to life in connection with SELF, Other and the Planet.
Nutrition and lifestyle
Mental health
Success in life, work and relationships depends on feeling optimal physically, mentally and emotionally. This can be achieved when we are reprioritising accordingly, put yourself first and learn how to self care.
The journey towards living life with passion, purpose and vitality starts with understanding and connecting to our body. I view the body as a compass that allows us to navigate this world safely and purposely. It contains the knowledge to self-regulate and experience incredible health outcomes and healing.
Once we learn how to understand the messages of our body, we are better able to nourish and respect it. This is the first step towards optimisation. The second and third step requires working with our inner world – mindset and emotions.
Research has shown that nutrition and key lifestyle factors, including thoughts and emotions are information that talks directly to our genes. Therefore, each day our choices are creating our experience – one of health or disease. As such, addressing all these lifestyle factors and creating an all-encompassing solution is key to achieve peak health.
By connecting mind, body and spirit using principles of nutrition, genetics, psychology, and personal development i seek to
create physical vitality, mental acuity and emotional balance. Experiencing these states enables connection and alignment which will give you the freedom to be your best SELF and life a connected life to SELF, Others and our Planet....
and of course
create the life you always wanted. :)
By knowing who you are and how your body, mind, emotions and energies work you can experience confidence and ease being yourself and being in life. You can reconnect to the truth of who you are and create the life you always wanted staying happy, healthy and thriving.
An individualist approach has poisoned our societies, minds and bodies. Learning how to live in harmony with others brings the greatest joy and evolution to our species. True wellbeing is experienced by having meaningful connections and joyful interactions with others.
Our bodies and minds work best in nature. Being barefoot and enjoying sunlight is a rarity and a major cause for dis-ease and disconnection. Repriotising time in nature and engaging in care taking behaviours for the planet will not only improve our health and wellbeing, but also preserve the land and provide a worthy legacy for future generations.
