1.INITIAL Comprehensive HEALTH ASSESSMENT

This 90-minute session is your starting point for true, lasting change. It’s not just an appointment—it’s a full, integrative assessment designed to get to the heart of what’s driving your symptoms and struggles.
We’ll take a comprehensive look at your:
✔ Nutrition and current dietary patterns
✔ Gut, brain, and hormonal health
✔ Exercise, sleep quality, and stress levels
✔ Toxin and chemical exposure
✔ Emotional wellbeing, limiting beliefs, and social environment.
By exploring how your body, mind, and lifestyle interact, we’ll uncover what’s supporting you—and what’s holding you back. You’ll receive clear, personalised recommendations and a roadmap outlining the type of support you need and how long it may take to reach your goals.
Before your session:
Please complete the in-depth health questionnaire emailed to you at the time of booking. It must be submitted at least 24 hours before your appointment to ensure we maximise your session time and accuracy of care.
After your session:
You may be referred for relevant blood tests or investigations through your GP—most of which are bulk-billed—to support a thorough and evidence-based approach.
2. Your Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Strategy

In this session, we dive into all things nutrition and daily routine—turning insight into action. Together, we’ll create a realistic and personalised meal plan that aligns with your goals, preferences, and lifestyle.
You’ll learn exactly what to eat, when, and how much, as well as how to adapt meals, build simple recipes, and save precious time cooking and shopping without compromising nutrition or taste and will receive your very own 20+ pages personalised nutrition meal plan.
We’ll also map out your ideal daily routine, supporting energy, mood, digestion, and flow. This session builds on the foundations from Session 1, helping you create a practical, sustainable lifestyle that works in real life.
3. Personalised Support for Real-Life Change
50 min $250
After your two comprehensive initial sessions, these ongoing one-hour appointments are where we focus on applying what you've learned and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Each session is tailored to support you with practical guidance across nutrition, lifestyle, and mental health. We’ll follow up on any concerns, track your progress, and make adjustments to your personalised plan as needed.
You’ll also begin developing a stronger relationship with your body—learning how to understand its signals, support your nervous system, and take action that keeps you aligned and in control of your health and life.
This is where clarity turns into action, and your new lifestyle starts to take shape.
