I approach your health the same way as building a house. First, we build the foundations before we install the windows, roof and connect the electricity.
This means that we first nourish, balance and strengthen the body before addressing the mind and emotions (limiting believes, stagnant emotions and trauma).


To deal with limiting believes and trauma you need lots of energy, as confronting difficult experiences can deplete you very fast and retraumatise you. Which is why is important to stabilise, create safety and energy in the body first. This way you can have the best possible outcome addressing those sticky issues.


Further understanding the root cause of your health concerns is a must. If you don't know what you dealing with how can you fix it? As such, I screen for multiple factors (physical, mental, emotional, environmental etc) as poor health is a cumulative result of many imbalances – not just nutrition. Knowing the root cause allows us to create personalised and practical solutions to ensure you reach your desired outcome. Overall working with me is a SELF journey where you get to explore, balance and learn how to manage different aspects of SELF (body, mind, emotions, energy) such that in time you can run your life and body intuitively fully trusting yourself and your inner guidance. This way you can stay happy, healthy and thriving living and creating life with joy and ease.
