Banana-berry smoothie (vegan option) recipe

  • 1 cup Vitasoy protein added calcium enriched milk

  • 20g plain pea protein powder

  • 1 banana

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1 ts cinnamon

  • 1 tbs linseeds

  • 1 ts raw cacao powder

  • 3 brazil nuts

Blend it all together until smooth. You might need to add more water depending on consistency preference.
