Chicken cauliflower rissoles with roasted vegetable recipe

Another successful Sunday creation. Serve with some roasted vege or salad. Suitable as  both a winter or summer dish.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g organic chicken mince

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour

  • 5-6 florets cauliflower blitzed in the blender

  • nutritional yeast 1 tsb

  • 1/2 ts turmeric

  • 1 large onion cooked in some olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves cooked in some olive oil

  • parsley

  • thyme

 Mix it all up and fry it in your pan on a medium temperature.
