1. Know your gut - Fix your gut

Did you know 8 out 10 people with Coeliac disease don't have any gut symptoms?

Hippocrates wisely said that "all disease starts in the gut" and he was right! The gut is the gateway into your inner world and if this is broken then inflammation and ensuing toxicity can make you sick, tired, unhappy and age faster. And our broken lifestyle has created the perfect conditions where currently everyone is struggling with poor gut health... yes even if you don't have symptoms there are many risk factors that will build up leading to gut and associated health problems. It is just a matter of time and mountains of research confirm this.


Factors such as

  • stress and feeling stuck, unsupported, unloved and lonely
  • childhood, medical and accident related trauma
  • poor and insufficient sleep
  • sedentary behaviour, poor posture and being unfit
  • junk food, processed foods and pesticides on food
  • eating fast, late at night and skipping meals
  • dehydration, drinking tap water and excess intake of caffeine/ soft drinks
  • over breathing and breathing in polluted air
  • use of medications - antibiotics, steroids, PPI, pain killers/ NSAIDs

Did you know that the nutrient content of your food is determined by the farmer and how he grows your food?

Understanding food, agriculture and how we produce and consume products in our current environment is key for your health and that of your family. The food we produce has lost up to 90% of nutrition and comes with many toxins and chemicals. What this means is that you and your family are at risk for nutrient deficiencies which lead to inflammation, disease, degeneration and poor mental health. Further as you are unique and come with your own set of instructions (own genetics, epigenetic, microbiome and life experience) you need to map and understand what types of food best suit your constitution... and no ... these will not be found in a general guideline, but guided by your own body and it's intuition which I will teach you how to access and use.


In addition staying abreast with all competing life's priorities has become a priority in itself. Juggling 20 things on the go has unfortunately become the norm leaving us depleted, confused, disconnected and overwhelmed. As such getting organised promptly, being clear about what you want, staying concise and getting things done on time is a must for every busy and efficient individual who wants the best for themselves and their loved ones.

Therefore during this workshop we will go deeper into all things water, food and eating for and with your body. We will go further into understanding your body and mind and create a clear picture of what health really means for you. You will also learn how to meal plan and make the most of your time without compromising your health and sanity.

The answer is simple. Learn how to connect to your body and use it alongside your mind, emotions and energy such that you can access and use your inner guidance properly. Why?
